Legend has it that one Sunday, the Doctor devoured more than a hundred pancakes in one sitting, thus marking him with the grandiose appearance that his middle area is permanently gorged with, well, a stack of pancakes! However, most Daisyfolk simply believe that Dr. Pankaik is just a peculiar fellow with a propensity for the unusual.
Originally a migrant from the ancient city of Argolis located in the Peloponnese region of Greece, Dr. Pankaik remains true to his Greek culture, even living in the fantastic Daisy’s World. Decorated with many life accomplishments, the Doctor adorns himself with a laurel wreath, symbolizing his many achievements. Before discovering the mystical existence of Daisy’s World, the decorated doctor yearned for a more fulfilling life beyond the rich culture that characterized his native Greece. He was also lonely and longed for the company of a special female who could understand his bizarre idiosyncrasies. Not long after settling into Daisy’s World, Dr. Pankaik meets Ms. Dahlia Doughnut while visiting his favorite bakery, Fluff Muff. Smitten by her grand and zestful presence, the doctor realizes that Ms. Doughnut is every bit of a gourmand as he is. Naturally, the two hit it off from the get-go. However, Dahlia tells a different story.
